All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color choices.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
Reporting an Issue
If your order is damaged, has a print issue, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a reprint or refund. There’s no need to return the item.
What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Items purchased on sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned without contacting us first
Note: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, print alignment may vary by up to 0.5"—this is within acceptable production tolerances and is not considered a defect.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days under EU law. This does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products, which includes all items sold on this site.
